WEAR THEM WITH CARE! Only for daily wear and for special days, not with activities or sports etc. A lot of hours goes in these artworks, it's art on a shoe! So please wear them with love. We work with permanent leather paint & extra protective layers to keep them waterresistance and for scratching. But your customshoes still needs extra care! Clean the shoes only with waterbased products on the paint, no acetone,no washing machine. More TIPS you can find here how to keep them in good condition.

SHIPPING TIME: All shoes are made on request/order. You can follow them with a tracking code when we shipping out. (Please note sometimes it can take up longer than expected with the indicated times) If you want your order for a specific date, please let us know after you place the order so we can hopefully make it on time!

NETHERLANDS & BELGIUM: 2,5 - 3 weeks.
REST OF EUROPE/AMERICA/AUSTRALIA: 4,5 - 5 weeks.

NOTE: these sneakers will be custom all handpainted especially for you and can therefore not be returned. Be sure of the right size and design! We therefore recommend that you fit the size somewhere first so that you can be sure of the right shoe size or check for the size fit guide. TERMS: Please note that sometimes through other circumstances, there are shipping delays for orders worldwide. We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes. Sometimes packages tend to be delivered to your local post office where you have to pick up the package and may be subject to pay import taxes. Additionally, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our country. We always provide a tracking link to follow your order, and at that point, it is on the post delivery to ensure that the package is delivered.
