We ship our items with POSTNL, MYPARCEL.

*Clothing Items
Netherlands/Belgium: Shipping takes 1-3 business days if the clothing item is in stock, item out of stock takes 5-7 business days after the purchase date.

For countries outside the EU, the package will be delivered within 7 to 14 working days. You have received a tracking number to track your order once the order has been shipped.

*Custom shoes

All shoes are made on request/order. You can follow them with a tracking code when we shipping out.

NETHERLANDS/BELGIUM: 2,5 - 3 weeks.

OTHER COUNTRIES/WORLDWIDE: 4,5 - 5 weeks.

*Please note that these are approximately the shipping days, sometimes it may take longer or arrive on time.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

DAMAGED ITEM: If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@snz-fashion.com and return your item within 14 days.

When this period has expired, it is no longer possible to return your item(s).

CUSTOM / TAXES: All prices shown include 21% VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation in the Netherlands.
If your order has to be shipped to an address outside the EU, the Dutch VAT will be removed at checkout.
Your order may therefore be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international laws, we do not include those charges in orders. You are responsible for all local customs and import duties on your order.
We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents. If an order is declined, you will be responsible for shipping charges, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred upon shipment.

NOTE: When an order is shipped to an address outside the EU, or sometimes at your local post office. The buyer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for payments beyond our control, such as duties or taxes. We cannot predict these costs per country.

Additionally, we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our country. We always provide a tracking link to follow your order, and at that point, it is on the post delivery to ensure that the package is delivered. Ordering any of our products means you accept these terms.
